ACUTE HEPATO PANCREATIC NECROSIS DISEASE (AHPND)

๐€๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ž ๐‡๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ฉ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ญ๐ข๐œ ๐๐ž๐œ๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐ž (AHPND) is a disease caused by infection with ๐‘ฝ๐’Š๐’ƒ๐’“๐’Š๐’ ๐’‘๐’‚๐’“๐’‚๐’‰๐’‚๐’†๐’Ž๐’๐’๐’š๐’•๐’Š๐’„๐’–๐’”. AHPND is also called Early Mortality Syndrome (EMS). The infected shrimps may appear to have black spots or streaks visible within the hepatopancreas, atrophy (shrinkage) of the hepatopancreas, and guts with discontinuous contents or no contents.
